In Europe: We entrust your order to the courier in 24/48h: delivery is made in 5-7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

If you want to return a product, you need to send an e-mail to customer support informing us of your decision to make use of the right to return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be able to make a return, the products must be undamaged and unopened. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the goods to our warehouse.

After receiving the return and verification that the products are in proper condition, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
